To ensure seamless access to NeevCloud services, we recommend utilizing the company/organization's official phone number and corporate email distribution address (e.g., [email protected]) rather than personal email addresses (e.g., [email protected]). This practice allows your company/organization to maintain access to NeevCloud, even if employees change roles or depart the company. Moreover, the corporate email serves as a means to reset account credentials, providing added security and continuity to your organization's NeevCloud usage.

It’s best practice to regularly change your Neev Account password to secure your Account and instances.
