To ensure seamless access to NeevCloud services, we recommend utilizing the company/organization's official phone number and corporate email distribution address (e.g., tech@example.com) rather than personal email addresses (e.g., bob@example.com). This practice allows your company/organization to maintain access to NeevCloud, even if employees change roles or depart the company. Moreover, the corporate email serves as a means to reset account credentials, providing added security and continuity to your organization's NeevCloud usage.
