# NeevCloud Account Signup

* Open [NeevCloud Cloud Portal](https://my.neevcloud.com)
* Click on "**Create an account now**." This action will take you to the NeevCloud Account [sign-up ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TC1qFryRfvQ\&t=1s)page.

*To ensure seamless access to NeevCloud services, we recommend utilizing the company/organization's official phone number and corporate email distribution address (e.g., <tech@example.com>) rather than personal email addresses (e.g., <bob@example.com>). This practice allows your company/organization to maintain access to NeevCloud, even if employees change roles or depart the company. Moreover, the corporate email serves as a means to reset account credentials, providing added security and continuity to your organization's NeevCloud usage.*
