# Audit Log

The **Audit Log** tab gives you a complete, read-only history of all actions performed within the organization.

### What is the Audit Log?

The Audit Log records every significant action taken by any member inside the organization — including who performed the action, what they did, and when.

### What is Logged?

The Audit Log tracks actions such as:

* Member added or removed
* Role created or updated
* Project created or deleted
* Organization settings changed
* Billing profile updated
* Permissions granted or revoked

### How to View Logs

1. Open your organization
2. Click the **Audit Log** tab
3. Browse the list of recorded actions

Each log entry shows:

* **User** — who performed the action
* **Action** — what was done
* **Date & Time** — when it happened

> **Note:** The Audit Log is read-only. You cannot edit or delete log entries.
