# Create an Organization

Follow these steps to create a new organization in NeevCloud.

### Steps to Create an Organization

#### Step 1 — Open the Account Menu

Click your **email address or account name** in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

A dropdown menu appears with the following options:

* Signed in as *(your email)*
* **Create**
* Organizations
* Account
* Logout

#### Step 2 — Click "Create"

Click **Create** from the dropdown menu.

A dialog box appears with the title:

> *"What would you like to create?"*

You will see two options:

* **Organization**
* **Project**

#### Step 3 — Select "Organization"

Click the **Organization** card.

The "Create Organization" form opens.

#### Step 4 — Fill in the Details

Fill in the following fields:

| Field           | Description                                 |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Name**        | A unique name for your organization         |
| **Description** | A short description of what this org is for |

#### Step 5 — Click "Create Organization"

Click the **Create Organization** button to confirm.

Your new organization is created and you are taken to the organization dashboard.

### After Creating an Organization

Once created, we recommend completing these steps:

1. **Create a Project** — Add your first project inside the org
2. **Invite Members** — Add team members from the Members tab
3. **Set Up Roles** — Configure permissions from the Roles tab
4. **Update Billing** — Add billing details from the Details tab

### Multiple Organizations

You can be a part of multiple organizations in NeevCloud.

* Use the **Organizations** section in the top-right dropdown to switch between them
* Each organization has its own projects, members, and billing
* Your role may differ across organizations
