# Managing Members

The **Members** tab lets you manage who has access to your organization.

### Viewing Members

Open your organization and click the **Members** tab to see a list of all current members along with their roles.

### Adding a Member

1. Go to the **Members** tab
2. Click **Add Member**
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to add
4. Select a role for them (Owner, Admin, Member, or a custom role)
5. Click **Add**

> **Important:** The person you are adding must already have an active NeevCloud account. You cannot add someone who has not registered on NeevCloud.

### Updating a Member's Role

1. Find the member in the list
2. Click the **role dropdown** next to their name
3. Select a new role
4. Changes are saved automatically

### Removing a Member

1. Find the member in the list
2. Click **Remove** or the delete icon next to their name
3. Confirm the removal

> **Note:** A member can only be removed from the Members tab inside the organization.

### Member Requirements

| Requirement                   | Details                                     |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Must have a NeevCloud account | Users without an account cannot be added    |
| Role must be assigned on add  | A role is required when inviting a member   |
| Only admins/owners can manage | Regular members cannot add or remove others |
