Customer Registration and KYC

NeevCloud collects and retains validated customer data at the point of registration and throughout the service lifecycle. All records are retained for 5 years following service termination.

Data collected includes full legal name, allotted IP addresses, email and IP at registration, period of service, declared purpose, postal address, contact numbers, and entity ownership pattern for business accounts. Identity is verified at onboarding in accordance with applicable KYC norms.

All KYC data is stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database within India, accessible only to authorised compliance, legal, and operations personnel.
