# Cyber Incident Response and CERT-In Assistance

NeevCloud maintains full operational readiness to respond to any direction issued by CERT-In under Section 70B of the IT Act, 2000. Upon receipt of a directive, the designated PoC acknowledges immediately and coordinates the required response.

NeevCloud provides logs in the CERT-In specified format, assigns dedicated technical personnel, and supports protective and preventive actions including network controls, patch deployment, configuration changes, and access revocations as directed. Host-based and network forensic capability is maintained across the platform. All CERT-In directive interactions are logged and retained for compliance purposes.
