# Designated Point of Contact

NeevCloud has officially designated a Point of Contact (PoC) for CERT-In. Full details — including name, designation, official email, mobile number, office phone, and office address — have been formally submitted to CERT-In at <info@cert-in.org.in>.

All CERT-In communications, compliance directions, and regulatory queries are routed exclusively through this designated individual. The PoC is reachable outside business hours for critical communications and escalates all CERT-In directions internally to the Incident Response Lead and CISO. The designation is reviewed annually and updated immediately upon any personnel change.
