# ICT Log Retention

Logging is enabled mandatorily across all NeevCloud ICT systems with no exceptions. All logs — including system, application, network, API, authentication, and cloud control-plane logs — are retained for a rolling 180-day period and stored exclusively within Indian territory.

Logs are protected against tampering through write-protected storage with cryptographic integrity verification. Access is restricted to authorised security and compliance personnel on a role-based basis. Upon a CERT-In direction, logs are made available in the prescribed format within the specified timeframe.

Customers may request logs relevant to their workloads to support their own compliance and incident response obligations.
