# KYC for Virtual Asset Service Providers

Where NeevCloud provides infrastructure to Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), enhanced KYC and data retention obligations apply. Full KYC records and transaction-level details are maintained for 5 years in alignment with RBI and SEBI KYC directions.

Transaction data retained includes IP addresses, timestamps, transaction IDs, and transaction amounts. VASP customer classification is validated at onboarding by NeevCloud's compliance team. All records are stored securely within Indian jurisdiction.
