# Mandatory Cyber Incident Reporting

NeevCloud maintains a structured incident response process that meets the 6-hour CERT-In reporting obligation across all 20 mandated incident categories, including data breaches, DDoS, ransomware, cloud-specific attacks, IoT incidents, and AI/ML system attacks.

| Stage | Owner | Target |
| -------------------- | ---------------------- | -------------- |
| Detection and Triage | SOC / On-call Engineer | Immediate |
| Internal Escalation | Incident Response Lead | Within 2 hours |
| CERT-In Notification | Designated PoC | Within 6 hours |

Incidents are reported to CERT-In at <incident@cert-in.org.in> and via helpline 1800-11-4949. Affected customers are notified in accordance with contractual SLAs. The Incident Response Policy is reviewed annually and validated through periodic tabletop exercises.
