NTP Time Synchronisation

All ICT systems across the NeevCloud platform are synchronised with NIC and NPL designated NTP servers. For multi-geography deployments, alternate NTP sources are configured but strictly maintained within the permissible deviation from the NIC/NPL reference time. NTP configuration is enforced at both the hypervisor and guest OS level through automated configuration management, and drift is monitored continuously. Any deviation beyond the permissible threshold triggers an immediate infrastructure alert.

This ensures that every log entry generated on the NeevCloud platform carries an accurate, forensically admissible timestamp — directly supporting customer compliance with CERT-In's audit and incident investigation requirements.
