# Connect ARQ Backup Solution with NeevCloud Storage

Arq is a backup solution that allows users to securely and efficiently back up their data to various cloud storage services or servers. It provides encryption, versioning, and easy recovery of files, ensuring that your data is protected and can be restored when needed.

## Connect ARQ with Neevcloud storage

After downloading ARQ on Windows, click on ARQ to start the installation.

After installation, click on "New Storage Location" to start the configuration process.

Select the s3-compatible-server > continue

Now give the details.

Region: centralindia&#x20;

Bucket Name: Now first create the bucket in the [NeevCloud.](https://docs.neevcloud.com/neevcloud-products/storage/object-storage/create-bucket)

Now back to the NeevCloud Dashboard > object storage > select bucket:-
