# KYC Validation

In line with the recent CERT-In directions issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (“CERT-In”) under sub-section (6) of section 70B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 relating to information security practices, procedure, prevention, response and reporting of cyber incidents for Safe & Trusted Internet dated April 28, 2022. 

Accordingly, At least one of the Primary contacts in your NeevAccount needs to complete our KYC Validation process,

To begin the **KYC** validation, click on the link displayed in the **dashboard**.

* Clicking on the "**Create Projec**t" button will redirect you to the KYC request generation page. Enter your Aadhaar Number and click "Next."
* After entering your Aadhaar number and the captcha, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number associated with your Aadhaar.

* After completing the Aadhar validation a popup, the customer Validation process will be complete and you will be able to access all the services.
