In line with the recent CERT-In directions issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (“CERT-In”) under sub-section (6) of section 70B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 relating to information security practices, procedure, prevention, response and reporting of cyber incidents for Safe & Trusted Internet dated April 28, 2022.
Accordingly, At least one of the Primary contacts in your NeevAccount needs to complete our KYC Validation process,

To begin the KYC validation, click on the link displayed in the dashboard.
Clicking on the "Create Project" button will redirect you to the KYC request generation page. Enter your Aadhaar Number and click "Next."
After entering your Aadhaar number and the captcha, an OTP will be sent to the mobile number associated with your Aadhaar.
After completing the Aadhar validation a popup, the customer Validation process will be complete and you will be able to access all the services.
