Customer Validation Process for Indian Customers
As per the recent directions issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) under the Information Technology Act, 2000, specifically related to information security practices, prevention, response, and reporting of cyber incidents for Safe & Trusted Internet [https://www.cert-in.org.in/PDF/CERT-In_Directions_70B_28.04.2022.pdf] (dated April 28, 2022), Data Centres, Virtual Private Server (VPS) providers, and Cloud Service providers are obligated to maintain accurate and validated contact information, including names and addresses, of their subscribers.
Accordingly, it is required that at least one primary contact within the NeevCloud account completes our Customer Validation KYC process.
