Assign Floating IPs

Here we are discuss how to assigne Floating IPs : ->

1. Navigate to the Dashboard.

2. Go to Networking.

3. Click on Floating IPs.

4. Click on "Create Floating IP".

• Select the Pool (Public) > Description (accordingly) > Click Create

• After creating the Floating IP, verify its status by navigating to Networking > Floating IPs. Ensure the state is listed as

• After seeing the available status, then next click on the IP: we can see more details.

• In the next step, we will associate the IPs.

• Here you can view the details of available ports. Which port would you like to associate your IP with? If you don't have a port yet, please go to the Port option and create one. Note that we can assign one IP to only one port.

**Port to Be Associated ->

• After associating the IP, navigate to Dashboard > Networking > Ports. Here, add a new port and state.

• After some time, these ports will be activated.
